We are hiring entry level Field Service Technicians based in St. Louis, Missouri. We will provide training and close supervision.
Field Service Technicians are responsible for basic installs, reconnects, relocations, disconnects, repairs and upgrades of digital and analog commercial and public safety two-way radio equipment.
This is a critical role that requires our Field Service Technicians to work onsite at customer locations and interact directly with customers as well as Warner’s technical department and sales team; therefore, successful candidates must be reliable, customer service oriented, team players, professional in appearance, and effective communicators (verbal and written).
Perform all work as necessary to conform to quality, security and safety control guidelines (includes compliance with requirements outlined in applicable regulations such as OSHA, and FCC and following procedures as outlined in the Customer Premise Network Installation Qualifications (CPNIQ), Technical Quality Assurance (TQA), National Electric Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), other Installation, Technical Operations, Safety Manuals, and Employee Handbook)
