Warner Communications Corporation, headquartered in St Louis, has well over fifty years of experience providing expert service and repair for new commercial and public safety two-way radio communication systems, IP video surveillance systems, access control systems, vehicle cameras & body cameras.

Warner is actively hiring an IT Support Representative to be responsible for technical hardware and software support under moderate supervision/guidance. This position is in the St Louis area.

Ideal candidate has developed knowledge and skills in own area, works in a structured environment, applies standard policies and procedures, and is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Requires some basic troubleshooting.

Role starts at $20/hr

• Set up ip networks for cameras, access control, point to point and point to multi point configurations
• Program and set up 2 way radios (training will be provided)
• Performs builds, moves, adds, changes and maintenance activities for desktop/laptop computers, telephones and printers. Installs new equipment for employees and users as well as replacement of non-functioning equipment
• Performs network troubleshooting. Makes recommendations on computer related needs
• Provides assistance in moving and re-installing equipment when required
• Ensures complete and reliable security for sensitive data
• Performs work in a timely manner and is responsive to users' needs
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Very comfortable with technology

• Experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues
• Must be willing to work in-person in the St Louis, MO area
