Dittronics is actively hiring an IT Support Representative to be responsible for technical hardware and software support under moderate supervision/guidance.

Warner Communications Corporation, headquartered in St. Louis, has been delivering public safety and commercial grade two-way communications in addition to security technology solutions since 1962. Dittronics is one of our companies operating in Benton, MO. This position is in the Benton area.

Ideal candidate has developed knowledge and skills in own area, works in a structured environment, applies standard policies and procedures, and is accountable for individual results and impact on team. Requires some basic troubleshooting.

Role starts at $20/hr

• Set up ip networks for cameras, access control, point to point and point to multi point configurations
• Program and set up 2 way radios (training will be provided)
• Performs builds, moves, adds, changes and maintenance activities for desktop/laptop computers, telephones and printers. Installs new equipment for employees and users as well as replacement of non-functioning equipment
• Performs network troubleshooting. Makes recommendations on computer related needs
• Provides assistance in moving and re-installing equipment when required
• Ensures complete and reliable security for sensitive data
• Performs work in a timely manner and is responsive to users' needs
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Very comfortable with technology

• Experience setting up computers a plus
• Experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues
• Must be willing to work in-person in the Benton, MO area
